Connect with Mother Earth & Get Grounded

We spend so much time inside, especially during the Winter months.

But fresh air, sunshine, moonshine, wind, water, trees, plants, insects, birds, animals… all the elements of nature can provide a sense of calmness and grounding to our body, mind, and spirit.

If you are feeling a little frazzled, and need some stress relief –  get outside and play!

Go for a walk, sit in the park, hug a tree, dig in the dirt, do something that will connect you to the energies of Mother Earth.

  • Can you give yourself 10-15 minutes or more daily to be outside and get grounded?
  • What will you do this week to get outside and enjoy the great outdoors?

Now get outside and Go DO It!
