Pilates Matwork Master-Classes Descriptions
Enjoy a fun and fabulous Pilates Mat class with Aliesa's eagle-eye and expertise to tweak your technique and fine-tune your flow to maximize the whole-body health benefits from your Pilates workouts.
Basic Pilates Mat:
Designed for healthy individuals with minimal Pilates experience, or experienced students who desire a “refresher” course on the Basic Pilates Matwork exercises.
Basic-Intermediate Mat:
Appropriate for participants familiar with the basic Mat exercises and ready to pick up the pace and progress into the intermediate level exercises.
Intermediate Pilates Mat:
Pilates experience required. Enjoy additional exercises for shoulder and hip strength, while maintaining a focus on core control, breath, and efficient movement.
Magic Circle Mat:
Appropriate for healthy students with strong basicintermediate Pilates skills. Challenge your body and discover how to make your Intermediate Matwork exercises more advanced.
Advanced Pilates Mat:
Recommended for participants with 2+ years of Pilates Mat experience who are able to safely move at a brisk pace through their Intermediate Mat exercises. This will be a high level, right-side up, (and upside down) Pilates Mat class. Advanced Matwork requires strong intermediate skills along with no neck, back, shoulder, or knee problems!
