Full Foam Roller (Black) 36″ x 6″
Excellent for a challenging workout! Cylindrical in shape, lightweight and made of a high quality foam. Use the foam roller for myofascial release and dynamic strengthening. Foam roller exercises enhance balance, body awareness, muscle re-education and core stability.
1/2 Foam Roller (White) 36″ x 3″
Excellent for balance, body awareness, muscle re-education and core stability. The half-round foam roller provides the option of a more stable surface when placing the flat side on the floor, and a more challenging un-stable surface when placing the curved side down.
Soft Full Roller (Blue) 36″ x 6″
Practice balance and gentle weight shifting. Good for older exercisers with sensitive backs. Decompresses to approximately 2″ when in use. This roller is VERY soft. A much easier surface with more stability than the white rollers.
