The Centerworks® Super Ankles Foot-Fit Board is a superior training tool that you can use for a quick ankle strengthening workout in just minutes a week during your warm-up, cool-down, or anytime to help stretch and strengthen the ankles to stay safe and injury-free!

You're training the body to improve balance and use the ankles and legs to keep the body still. The Centerworks® Super Ankles Foot-Fit Board has been specifically designed to work the foot and ankle in a safe range of motion and is focused on increasing functional movement of the ankle in an optimal range of motion for strength and support. It has been carefully designed to provide a small but appropriate range of motion for medial/lateral training of the foot, improvement of foot and ankle gait mechanics, and plantar/dorsi flexion at the ankle, and working a circular of motion for the ankle in a weight-loaded position.
